I gave a small Python introduction in January, and one of my slides
was a list of well-known programs written in Python. I hoped to help
the audience realize just how solid and well-established Python is by
letting them see that tools they already rely on were created with it.

I'm sure my list could have been longer, though, Can people help add
to this list?

 - MailMan
 - BitTorrent
 - MoinMoin
 - yum
 - SpamBayes
 - ClamWin
 - Many parts of the Ubuntu project (but I'd like details on which ones)

Related: software that wasn't written in Python, but that you can
script in Python:
Gimp
Civilization IV
