Wow, that last URL is not easy for someone not in the know to find, and 
hasn't been updated in some months.  We need a well-established place if 
this stuff is to take root and if others are going to wander in and help. 
Not everyone knows the secret handshake and mailing list.

Any chance we could obtain the subdomain "advocacy.python.org" and redirect 
it into the wiki?  Or at least a URL like:

    http://python.org/advocacy

And maybe a high-level menu link on python.org?
