[python-advocacy] Publicizing the Need for Speed sprint

The Need for Speed sprint coming up is a pretty cool idea, a sprint
funded by a Python-using company.  We should lay some groundwork to
use it to obtain some publicity for Python.  Does anyone have ideas?
