[archaeopteryx] Wing IDE 1.0 beta 3 released

Hi,

We're pleased to announce that Wing IDE 1.0b3 has been released.

This version makes substantial improvements to the debugger, including a
new Expression Evaluator feature, and numerous bug fixes and enhancements.
Use with the final Python 2.0 release has been tested.  Also included are
many general usability improvements such as better auto-completion and
auto-indent, importing whole directory trees into projects, automatic
removal of stale license lock files, and manuals formatted for printing on
A4 paper.

Note that if you already have an unexpired trial license, you don't need
to obtain a new license to use this version.
