[archaeopteryx] Wing IDE version 1.0b4

We're pleased to announce the release of Wing IDE version 1.0b4!

Hilights of this release include:

- Autocompletion now detects most possible type inference scenarios
- Introduced an interactive Python shell for the debugger
- Enhanced the expression evaluator display options
- Improved reloading of externally made file changes
- All major known bugs have been fixed (many fixes in debugger and
