Fax and Surface Mail Orders

If you do not wish to use our secure on-line store to pay for your order, you may submit your order with payment via surface mail, fax, or email.

The easiest and least error prone way to do this is to enter your order in our online store (for new licenses) or upgrade facility (to upgrade licenses) and select one of the off-line payment options. This will result in a printable order form that contains all the information we need to process the order, and instructions on where to fax or mail the form.

If you elect not to use the online order generation system, please be sure to include the name of the licensee, the email address for license delivery, and add tax and shipping costs where appropriate. See Prices and Terms of Sale and our Contact Information.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check or money order in US dollars, and electronic bank transfers.

Software licenses are emailed immediately upon receipt of payment.
